			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Did you know most of the symptoms treated by doctors every year could have been avoided. Living a more Healthy life and becoming more aware of personal wellness would go a long way toward keeping you out of the doctors office.</p>
<p> It is amazing what the human body can do to heal and adapt to changing environments. Our bodies are so good at adjusting that we forget to do the regular maintenance to keep it operating at a top performance level.</p>
<p>Health and wellness practices include healthy eating, proper rest and exercise. Keep your body clean inside and out.</p>
<p>If you do seem to be functioning less than optimally don&#8217;t wait too long to get the problem looked at.</p>
